Residential Associate Director $1,500.00 Sign-on Bonus for applicants hired between 5/19/22 and 2/28/2023. Paid upon completion of 90 days of employment. Full-time salaried position, $1,000/week to start; an additional $30/week upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period Responsible for supervision of 4-6 residential programs Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual. Supervisory experience is required Requires one of the following: A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Basic computer skills required Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria Contact Information
