Bachelors in MIS, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following:

  • Demonstrating experience supporting Compliance, Regulatory and/or Cybersecurity related projects;
  • Being comfortable with working in a fluid and fast paced environment where timelines are often fixed and where priorities, approaches, and deliverables are rapidly developed and iterated upon;
  • Possessing experience executing Agile and/or traditional project management methods, tools / templates and processes;
  • Possessing the ability to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to protect the health of the program, having an ability to creatively think of solutions to address risks/issues; and,
  • Having experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships;

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Having experience building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of cross functional client relationships that can be leveraged to progress a project to a common goal / expected outcome; 
  • Understanding how to build and analyze program schedules and plans;
  • Identifying critical path and monitoring program, project and/or work-stream dependencies in order to minimize impact to schedule, budget, resources;
  • Possessing the ability to identify risks, and issues and having an ability to creatively think of solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues in order to protect the health of the program;
  • Working expertise with Microsoft suite, project management tools, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI);
  • Supporting meetings and workshops with a client and/or PwC team members using various tools and methods (e.g. virtual whiteboards, jamboards, etc.) to extract key information from meeting participants;
  • Having the ability to think critically about the problem at hand and apply analytics and data insights to solve problems and/or identify relevant observations for reporting;
  • Having the ability to synthesize key themes/concepts, critical issues/risks, etc. into succinct executive level status focused communications (i.e., powerpoint, written reports, etc.); and,
  • Having the availability for both domestic and international travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary.
