Job Description
Employer Connections Manager

The Employer Connections Manager is a full-time, leadership position that is responsible for setting employer development goals, independently creating employer outreach strategies, initiating and managing key employer relationships, and implementing the Career Center’s Corporate Partner Program. This position strategically leverages monetary and personnel resources to ensure any commitments to employers are executed and the employers’ recruitment goals are reached. The role holds key responsibility in ensuring the Career Center meets university expectations for graduates’ employment rates. The Employer Connections Manager reports directly to the Director of Employer Connections and focuses on the Biotech and Life Sciences, Agriculture, Hospitality and Tourism, Math, Computing and Technology, and Health and Wellness industries. Due to the nature of travel across Colorado in cultivating employer relationships, willing to consider hybrid-remote options for candidates.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree

-A minimum of three years’ experience in a public relations, employer relations, or human resources position in a business or educational environment

-Demonstrated personal and professional commitment to diversity as demonstrated by persistent effort, active planning, allocation of resources and/or accountability for diversity outcomes

-Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a driver’s license or access to a licensed driver by the employment start date.
