Director Technology and Systems Integrator Alliances - EMEA

Five9 works with a variety of technology partners, and systems integrators worldwide to address our customers evolving business requirements. To accommodate our growth plans in Europe, Five9 is seeking an experienced and motivated Director Technology and Systems Integrator Alliances. This is a key position within our EMEA Sales organization and will report directly to our VP Business Development. The primary focus of this role is to drive business in Europe with Five9’s existing global alliances. These existing alliances include Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Zoom, Fuze, Deloitte, Slalom, E&Y and other technology vendors and systems integrators.

This individual contributor role will include some of the below key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop, and manage relationships with the alliance sales teams in Europe
Replicate the success Five9 has had with these alliances in North America
Build a go-to-market plan and manage bookings targets for each alliance in Europe
Align Five9 Sales Directors with their alliance counterparts to drive net-new revenue and field activity
Work effectively with Five9 European sales leadership to add value to regional goals
Work closely with the Five9 Business Development and Systems Integrator alliance managers to be the “go to” resource in Europe
Travel within region to regional offices, events
Key Qualifications:
8+ years experience managing go to market partnerships with CRM, UC and Systems Integrators
Excellent Presentation Skills – Virtual and In-Person
Ability to interface well with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership
Experience working in a high growth, emerging SaaS software market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualification:
Ideal candidate has existing relationships with Five9’s existing alliance partners
Knowledge of the contact centre market
