This position is within Corporate Trust Services (CTS) a division within Commercial Capital.
This position is for the Account Services team within Corporate Trust Services Operations (CTSO). CTSO serves as an extension of the lines of business across CTS in the administration of their various products and services. Our goal is to enhance control, improve processes, and provide services that are consistent where possible and custom where necessary.
The Account Services team is seeking a dynamic team player to join the group as a CTS Account Manager 1. This department is integral in reviewing, mitigating risk, and enhancing control related to ongoing administration of the CTS transactions in accordance with applicable documents, state and federal laws, internal policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to document interpretation, internal and external client interaction, regulatory reporting support, and ad hoc escalated requests. Legal document review and interpretation skills are preferred. Duties include frequent interaction with internal business partners requiring strong client service skills.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications:
•4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: trust, financial services, or account management
•Account management and customer service experience
•Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
•Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
•Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
•Extensive math skills
•Problem solving and resolution skills
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
•Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
•Ability to work independently, make decisions, and instruct others
•Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
•Ability to read and interpret legal documents
•Knowledge and understanding of reading and interpreting complex legal documents
•Knowledge and understanding of corporate trust: industry, products, and processes
