White Owned News Outlets Attack Star Basketball Player's Decision to Attend an HBCU - Makur Maker @ Howard University
Posted By: Will Moss on December 03, 2020 Recently it seems that many white owned media outlets not only in the United States, but around the world have been seriously criticizing Star Basketball Player, Makur Maker's decision to attend a Historically Black College/University. The latest attack comes from an Australian media outlet that seems bent on making his decision seem like a bad choice to attend an HBCU. The real reason why there is any controversy has more to do with a groin injury than the fact that Maker is attending an HBCU. The Chronicle is claiming that Maker may drop in the draft, and tries to tie that drop to his attending an HBCU. Quite a ridiculous claim, but read a bit from the article below...
