Our Credit Suisse Steps to Success: Connect Program offers diverse participants (African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Native American, Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, LGBTQ+, among others) in their Sophomore year the opportunity to be successful in the recruitment process by helping develop networking and interview skills and what it's like to work at Credit Suisse.
