26 HBCU Football Players Made NFL Rosters in 2020

26 HBCU Football Players Made NFL Rosters in 2020
Posted By: Will Moss on September 10, 2020

HBCU Football players have seen a recent decline in making NFL rosters. This year only 19 players are currently on active rosters.

I am not sure if it is because of COVID-19 or what, but HBCU football players on NFL rosters are down. We broke down all the rosters this week to find out that only 26 players from HBCU schools are currently on NFL rosters. This does in fact include practice squads. Only 19 players are currently on active rosters. In 2019, 32 players made NFL rosters.
