If you are looking for a place to post your job listings where you will be guaranteed to get exposure in front of an audience of diverse professionals and focused college students, you have come to the right place!

HBCUConnect.com is the first and largest website online dedicated to serving the needs of the students and graduates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. With the focus being on serving this HBCU audience, we have grown the largest membership database of black college graduates and students online.

We launched our website in 1999, and built the first online career center for our black college audience in 2002 as a result of the demand from savvy diversity recruiters that requested a way to get their jobs in front our audience.

We currently serve over 1.2 Million members and over 300,000 website visitors per month.

Posting your job with us will not only get you exposure to the audience on HBCUConnect.com, but we also share our job postings with the career services office at all of the HBCUs, as well as a network of African American focused websites that we either own or partner with to share career opportunities.

Out network of sites includes AfricanAmericanCareers.com, DiversityRecruiting.com, BlackInAmerica.com, BlackWomenConnect.com, BlackPhD.com, BlackDoctors.com, BlackAccountants.com, BlackJobs.com, BlackNews.com and more!
