"Back in the day" as a former local "Pool Hustler" I had walked away from GOD and the church. I acted like I didn't know Him but I'm so glad GOD never gave up on me! During the month of June 2016, God had me on "Assignment sharing the "Good News" with hospital staff and visitors while I was in the hospital ICU unit recovering from a potentially lethal "Blood Clot" in my leg followed by two emergency surgeries for complications caused by an ensuing condition called "Compartment Syndrome". I thank God for my advocate and, Proverbs 31 wife Beverly, my church family, and my Pastor who visited and continually encouraged me especially when he preached from one of my favorite scriptures in the book of Jeremiah 43 where he reminded me that God has called me by my name...~ http://bit.ly/2btqQKA . My 30 days in the hospital was no accident! God kept me from falling after two surgeries because He has a plan for me! Thank you, Lord! GOD is GOOD ALL THE TIME and ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD!
