HBCU Connect Sourcing Pays Off for Novartis
Posted By: Aliya Thompson on April 23, 2014 In the fall of 2013 Novartis partnered with HBCU Connect to assist with increasing diversity recruitment. At the time Novartis was seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst position so HBCU Connect's objective was to find a professional and qualified candidate that met the requirements for the role. Aliya Thompson led the sourcing project and after a few months she recommended several candidates that met the qualifications. In January 2014, HBCU Connect learned from Novartis that one of the candidates Aliya recommended, LaToya Holland, was offered the position, accepted and would be starting in February 2014. Congratulations to LaToya Holland for landing a great position and to Novartis for hiring an outstanding professional!
